By accessing or using HotHand (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
HotHand is a sports analytics platform that provides AI-powered projections, player prop analysis, arbitrage detection, and betting tools across multiple sportsbooks. The Service aggregates publicly available data and applies proprietary scoring algorithms to generate projections.
You must create an account to access certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The projections, scores, and analytics provided by HotHand are for entertainment and informational purposes only. HotHand does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any projection or the outcome of any wager. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your betting decisions and any associated financial outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HotHand and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, including any losses from betting activities.
You may not use the Service to: resell or redistribute data without permission; interfere with or disrupt the Service; attempt to gain unauthorized access; scrape or harvest data through automated means; or use the Service in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
